Kingston is set to reclaim its crown as Jamaica’s entertainment capital this Heroes Weekend with the launch of Greatness Weekend 2025, a four-day series of premium events promising unforgettable experiences and cultural vibrancy. From Friday, October 17 to Monday, October 20, the city will come alive with four signature productions: PCF Night Swim, Recall Festival, CUPS: The Ultra White Affair, and the Greatness Pink & White Brunch.

The celebration kicks off on Friday, October 17 with PCF Night Swim, a premium pool party that has been a staple since 2016. This year, PCF makes history as the first event staged at the newly reopened Rockfort Mineral Bath in St. Andrew. “Over the past nine years, PCF has always taken pride in listening to our patrons while introducing fresh concepts,” said organizer Curtis Hyatt. “Greatness Weekend provides high-quality, reasonably priced experiences for those who want to celebrate Heroes Weekend without leaving Kingston.”

On Saturday, October 18, the spotlight shifts to Recall: Short Shorts vs. Mini Skirt Festival at Mas Camp. A beloved throwback event founded in 2016, Recall has seen massive post-pandemic growth with its vibrant blend of retro music and fashion. “Greatness Weekend allows us to give Kingston an alternative for those who prefer to stay in town while keeping the city alive with nostalgia and style,” said Fabian O’Hara, promoter of Recall.

Sunday’s highlight, October 19, is CUPS – The Ultra White Affair, marking its 10th anniversary. Known in New York for its chic all-white cooler-party concept, CUPS will debut locally at Lot 15, Kingston Waterfront. “Partnering with Greatness Weekend is an exciting milestone that expands our brand in Jamaica while creating cultural collaborations,” said Tamark Bailey, promoter of CUPS.

The series concludes on Monday, October 20 with the Greatness Pink & White Brunch at Hope Gardens. Since debuting in New York in 2021 and Kingston in 2023, the brunch has become one of the most stylish Heroes Weekend closures. “The Pink & White Brunch is about elegance, food, and music. My vision was always to grow from one brunch into a weekend of top-tier events,” said Larone Brown, CEO of Greatness Group and founder of the Pink & White Brunch.

With its mix of culture, commerce, and creativity, Greatness Weekend 2025 underscores Kingston’s ability to host world-class entertainment, boosting tourism, supporting local businesses, and delivering memorable experiences.
