Tommy Lee Sparta Headlines MAIN ACT Halloween Concert
Tommy Lee Sparta is set to take centre stage on Saturday, October 31, as he headlines the inaugural staging of MAIN ACT, a new live concert series designed to put individual artistes and their music in the spotlight.
The Halloween-themed concert will take place at the Chinese Benevolent Association (CBA), where Tommy Lee will perform alongside live band Ruff Cut for an intimate experience that brings the artiste, musicians and audience closer together.
The event will begin at 9 p.m., with the Halloween theme incorporated throughout the venue. Patrons will enter through a graveyard-themed entrance before making their way into a CBA transformed into a haunted-house setting.
Costumes are encouraged, allowing patrons to fully embrace the Halloween atmosphere while enjoying Tommy Lee's catalogue in a live-band setting.
Rather than a traditional large-scale concert, MAIN ACT is being introduced as a recurring mini-concert series, with each staging built around one featured artiste performing with a live band. Tommy Lee will launch the series with Ruff Cut providing the musical accompaniment.
The format gives fans an opportunity to experience familiar songs in a more intimate setting while placing greater emphasis on the live performance and interaction between artiste, band and audience.
For the October 31 staging, advance tickets are priced at J$6,000 for General Admission and J$8,000 for VIP. At the gate, General Admission will cost J$8,000, while VIP tickets will be available for J$10,000.
Tickets are available online through My Ticket Partner, with physical outlets including Fierce by Dre, Apple Kings, RUBiS Liguanea, Spanish Town Kingston Jerk, Genus Pharmacy and Kai Bees in Portmore.
The event is being hosted in partnership with Clearsound Production Services Group Ltd.
With Tommy Lee leading the inaugural staging, MAIN ACT is set to combine live instrumentation, an intimate concert format and a Halloween-inspired environment for a night centred on the artiste and his music.
