The Area 5 police issued five summons in connection to the artist's behavior at the 2023 Unruly Fest held on December 22, 2023, in Yallas, St. Thomas. Popcaan is scheduled to appear before the St. Thomas Parish Court to address the following charges:
Breach of the Noise Abatement Act
Threat
Using Abusive and Calumnious Language
Using Indecent Language
Disorderly Conduct
