Teenage Engineering, the Swedish design collective known for its boundary-pushing instruments, will launch its new RIDDIM EP-40 drum machine and sequencer in Jamaica from October 10–17. Inspired by reggae, dancehall, and sound system culture, the EP-40 features over 400 sounds from icons like King Jammy and Mad Professor. The launch peaks at Weddy Weddy Wednesdays on October 15, blending cutting-edge tech with Jamaica’s vibrant musical roots.
